Just back from FOLK ALLIANCE in Montréal!

Had a swell time in the great Cosmopolitan City of Montréal, home of Leonard Cohen, who was honored posthumously this year. Not only did I hear a ton of great music, much of it I hadn't been aware of before... I sang after hours most every night at Cantina Navarro (Dan Navarro's fab showcase room sponsored in part by Taylor Guitars) at the late night "Folky Sanchez" covers jam. I did a pop-up showcase Saturday night of my original tunes, and I got to perform a tribute of a couple songs to Mr. Cohen to close out the conference on Sunday, singing with the great Eric Andersen.
